In the workshop of the company, the machining positioning clamping of each process part is hydraulic clamping, and the precision of the positioning surface is also very high. Camshaft roughing process is to use die lathe and hydraulic copying CAM milling machine, milling CAM size accuracy and shape are better than turning, directly grinding. The connecting rod blank adopts CAD/CAM mold manufacturing technology to ensure the thickness and weight tolerance of the connecting rod blank. The heat treatment method of connecting rod is forging waste heat quenching. The most common and effective method of strengthening connecting rods is shot peening. The blank is required to adopt the grinding process with higher precision. Steel mill is commonly used for machining large flat aluminum parts of cylinder block, and hard alloy indexable dense tooth milling cutter is commonly used for cast iron parts. Efficient cutting tools such as ceramic and CBN materials are used for boring cylinder holes. A large number of complex compound tools are used in the machining of holes.
